  : Van was nice. Staff were fantastic couldn't help enough. They were really really helpful. Not there fault about the weather with the flooding. Price was excellent too. They rushed the cleaning for us. Yet it was still excellent. We had an appointment and they went above and beyond to get us a set of keys in our hands, so luggage could be dropped. They even allowed me to drop my car early. Lovely people.
  : Owners need to invest in better drainage. As it was a mud bath with the heavy rain. Though it's lower than sea level. So any more drains will need electric pumps. It would be a huge job. My REAL moan was it was freezing. The van belonged to the site and the heating in the van was pathetic. Fire up front was good. Towel rail heater you could hold your hands on. Bedroom blower did nothing. You could play the smoking game we did as kids while laid in bed - when we blew clouds of steaming breath out. It's very well priced so corners will be cut a little. Therefore if you go in spring or autumn take some sort of heater with you. As you'll need it. Any other time of year van would be perfect. But bedroom an bathroom were colder than an igloo lol. Still I enjoyed my time.If you'd like a laugh get the van we had. It flushed the toilet all by itself 3 times a night

  : The price was the best part.
  : The caravan bed wasn't comfortable Caravan was bare, no essentials like cooking utensils, sponge, t towel,no starter tea coffee ect. No cushions on sofa, wasn't a place relax. no lamps, bathroom toilet- you are crammed facing a wall with no room to move. Couldnt park next to caravan due to bad weather. Got muddy by foot as it was in middle of other caravans with no foot paths. Ended up coming home a day earlier as we didn't like it.

  : Very clean and tidy,Spacious room and a nice modern gas cooker with extractor,A surprisingly roomy shower and one that worked without trying to fiddle with hot and cold mixer knobs.Only a short walk to bus stop from caravan park and also to local bar called woddys, nice food and good beer too.
  : The gas fire was tricky to ignight,very difficult to turn the on button if you have arthritis in hands as you have to hold and turn the gas button very fast to click a spark.Parking became a slight issue as the grass was water logged due to latest storm and guests were not allowed to park on grass,so the few tarmac parking spaces quickly filled up,
