  : Dear Fellow Travelers,I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience at Hotel Clement in Ingelheim am Rhein, Germany. I recently stayed at this establishment via Booking.com for four nights. The hotel's location is isolated, and its shared washroom facilities have proven to be nothing short of a nightmare.On the second day of my stay, as I was preparing for a conference, I found myself trapped inside the washroom due to a faulty latch. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to open the door and was left shivering in the cold for almost an hour. It was a horrifying experience, especially considering the fact that the hotel staff leaves the premises by 12 pm / 1 pm, leaving guests entirely unattended.I shudder to think about what could have happened if this incident occurred during the evening or night when no staff members were present. I implore every traveler to exercise extreme caution when using shared facilities at this hotel and, in fact, any establishment. It is essential to carry a phone at all times, even to the washroom, for your safety.The lack of proper maintenance, security measures, and the absence of staff during crucial hours are severe red flags for any traveler. I find it deeply concerning that the hotel management has not taken adequate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests. My repeated calls for help went unanswered until a housekeeper intervened, and even then, it took a considerable amount of time and effort to free me from the washroom.I urge Booking.com to investigate this matter thoroughly and reconsider their association with Hotel Clement. No guest should ever have to endure such a traumatic and potentially dangerous situation during their stay. It is my sincere hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent others from facing a similar ordeal.Please prioritize your safety and well-being when choosing accommodation options, and be cautious when booking at Hotel Clement.

  : Communication with staff, easiness of getting keys if staff Not presenting at the reception, reasonable prices easiness of getting drinks from the cooler in at the reception area. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows.
  : Bathroom floor was not good cleaned. Shower head was blocked and water not getting out easily.
