  : The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great.
  : The housekeeping staff woke me up banging on the door and trying to open it, even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. I was trying to sleep in after an exhausting long drive the previous day.

  : The pool and hot tub was closed at midnight。There even has a big fire pit with fire on dring the evening in the court yard .And I really enjoyed the hot healthy breakfast.

  : In the suite the bed sheet has stains - the pillows were old and stained and popping open as well, towels were not white - they had yellowish stains on them, tub didn't look cleaned at the bottom, iron was squirting particles since it was not cleaned, and the toilet seats were old - couldn't tell if they were stained or peeling off. Building and Room carpets were old and dirty, and finally the second elevator to the second floor has ripped off wall paper. There was no water available in the lobby, according to the front desk water was available in the fitness center in another building.

  : Making people go to a market to get a drink and wait for staff to acknowledge them instead of having vending machines is extremely inefficient. The Staff were not friendly. Also having a tv not setup in front of the bed is just poor room design. Not is the sink outside the bathroom

  : Room is spacious and comfortable (furnishings on the older side, but TV has Netflix and Prime if you sign in, and YT, along major channels), with small balcony and open view. Location is 15min away from the airport by airport shuttle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has an indoor pool, though I didn't have time to go.
  : Airport shuttle leaves at 10s and 40s (e.g. 08:10 and 08:40) from the hotel, but only if you sign up ahead of time - if no one signs up for that time, it doesn't run. This means that at the airport, the shuttle should show up around the 25s and 55s of the hour (e.g. 08:25, 08:55 etc.), but because it doesn't always run (see above), it means that if you're at the airport, you need to call in advance so that they know to come get you. I didn't have a US number so I couldn't reach them, but luckily there was another guest waiting for the same shuttle. This was a little more complicated than desired.
