  : The decks on the North side are not usable. There is a large exhaust fan roaring so loud you can't even hear the Ocean. This thing is the kitchen fan I think.

  : The bed and pillows were excellent. There was live music on the weekend. The staff was very friendly.
  : When making the reservation it was not abundantly clear that you have to pay $20 each day for parking. And the parking lot is across the street from The hotel. So, if you don’t want to pay the valet (on top of the $20/ day) you have to either cross a busy highway to the parking lot or climb a three story foot bridge to cross the road to get to your car. We did not use the valet and still had to pay $20 a day to park across the road. It was an expensive inconvenience. If you have to make your guests park off site you should at least let them park there for free, then they can pay the valet if they don’t want to cross the street. But I guess they charge it because they can. Once you’re already there, then you find out about the $20/day parking fee at check in, you probably won’t cancel your whole trip just for that. Especially when it’s past the date that you can get a refund.

  : Poor housekeeping service! We were given someone else’s dirty bath towels and we were told they were clean. Makeup and dried blood stains on them. Didn’t change bed sheets or pillow cases, didn’t leave TP when we were totally out of TP. I had to call front desk to ask for TP and I was told to come get them myself if I needed it immediately. We asked at front desk why we weren’t given clean bath towels and the response given was that the hotel has a shortage of towels and the front desk had only two people working so they didn’t have the man power to help us out. Our room floor wasn’t cleaned, our socks were black on the bottom after walking across the floor.
