  : Very nice hotel with beautiful yard and pool area. Staff was super friendly and nice, breakfast was great. Hotel is quiet yet basically in the city, stores right next to it. Good location to explore all areas of the island.

  : The hosts are super friendly and ready to help. The room and hotel was clean all the time, location is great if you rent a car because is near the highway. You can have your own food in the fridge. Also the garden in beautiful.
  : Our room was connectet do other rooms and walls are very thin so we were botherd by the noise a lot. Our bad was also a bit small and uncomfortable. We expected better breakfast (more vegetables), but overall very good.

  : Nice property, interesting architectural style and wooden furniture, nice garden, nice pool, the breakfast was amazing. We liked the bike rental option. The owners gave us a heater because it was cold in October. The place has a lot of potential.
  : The mattress had a plastic protection under the sheets and it gave an extremely unpleasant feeling of humidity and cold during sleep. It's the first time we saw such a mattress cover in a hotel and we travel quite a lot. The cleaning personnel put the dirty shower mat on the heater in the bathroom, where we usually put our clean clothes and towels, which was gross. There were a lot of pieces of decoration of different styles all over the place, giving a crowded and slightly kitsch sensation. Also, there was dust on them (probably because of the high amount of things to be cleaned).

  : The grounds of the property were beautiful. We loved to stroll throughout the open trees and lounge in the chairs and hammock. Relaxing by the pool after travelling/exploring all day was great. The service was wonderful. We needed assistance booking a last-minute restaurant reservation, and they were able to secure one at one of the very best restaurants we went to while in Mallorca!
  : Based on the pictures, I was expecting the property to be out in the country surrounded by groves and orchards. It was actually right outside of Inca. This wasn't necessarily bad, just not the expectation we had. For any coffee or tea outside of breakfast, you needed to log so you could be charged at the end of the stay. I understand the costs in food and service have increased, but it would've been nice if these came as a standard amenity like so many other accommodations offer, especially since it is being made in an automated machine. The Classic Double Room was a bit small, but we didn't require much space as we weren't spending much time in the room. Just something to be aware of! Beautifully decorated and very clean.
