  : The surrounding was calm and 5 mins drive to Fira town. The male staff who brought us the breakfast was very kind and helpful.
  : The very first stop we visited in Greece was to phaos (santroni) . We had good expectations by looking into their pictures and booked room with jacuzzi. The cost for one night was 250 euros yet the bath towels nor the bed covers were replaced the next day. It was a total disappointment to see the bathrooms even when we booked a premium sea view room. As said, bathroom was not the same as shown in the website(attached pictures). You also have to bring your own bathroom kit though if you book 250 euro room as they didn't had freshers sachets of shower gel neither the bathroom accessories. It just had a very old refilling shower gel bottle. Also the continental breakfast wasn't tasting good. Just a bread and tang juice does make continental.When there are few hotels that had buffet, phaos served two breads, dry croissant, cheese, orange juice that we're not looking fresh. As it was served to your room straight, you would need to go to their kitchen or information desk to ask for egg or some alternative which costs extra. I believe egg is a very basic breakfast dish but sadly we need to pay for it. The area had hard water and the kettle was not very clean and there was so much of limescales found in water(pictures attached). Overall it was not a pleasant stay.But if you are not concerned about appearance of bathroom and if you are planning your breakfast outside, then you can choose phaos which has a calm surroundings.

  : The room lacked basic amenities. I had to call up the reception and explain to the kind gentleman what was missing. He did arrange a few things after some time, but still did not feel like good value for the money we paid. They can do better. Lovely people though.

  : location - well placed between Fira and Imerovigli, walking distance to both. Great place to start your hike to Oia as well. Room service also well organised and modern tablets used to make orders efficiently.

  : As others have already written, there is a lot that costs extra at this hotel. Which is fine, as you can find the prices on their room tablet. But 1.5 months after our stay we suddenly had a small amount taken out of our account from the hotel. After inquiring why they had taken money from our account we got the reply that we hadn't settled the complete bill for our breakfast which is very surprising as we had paid all the breakfast extras upon our checkout. As we didn't receive a bill at checkout, we had even asked if everything was settled which was then confirmed. We are happy to pay for what we ordered extra at breakfast but it is not great communication if you are not presented with an overview statement at checkout, are being told that everything is settled, and then - without a prior information or message - have money taken out of your account 1.5 months later.

  : The view of the sunrise was incredible! Beautiful views off the back porch. Locationally, it was right in between Imerovigli and Firostefani, so it was a 10 minute walk to either location.
  : Difficult to get to without hiring a taxi initially as it is between bus stops. The bathroom smelled off during our stay making it less enjoyable. The breakfast was really just bread, a slice of cheese, a slice of deli meat, and some fruit, but you could pay to upgrade to something more. The hot tub was a let down as we were unable to heat it above 34.5*C, so it was to cold to sit outside in it on a windy evening.
