  : The host Anna was really helpful. She arranged car rental for us (but that was at a premium and would be cheaper to book yourself through booking.com) and made a dinner reservation for us. She's easy to reach on WhatsApp and is happy to assist.
  : The property is located next to a main road, which is quite busy so it's not very relaxing. Very expensive for the location, quality of finishings, breakfast, etc. Each villa is quite exposed / not very private. Our sun loungers were dirty. Poor shower pressure.

  : 1.The property design and interior was fantastic, the jacuzzi jet was strong and we had a good time using the pool. The place was also very clean, free of bugs. The place is just perfect for nice photos and the space was good for the 3 of us. 2. Cleaner was very prompt and friendly 3. Fresh juices available every morning 4. Options to choose different types of breakfast every morning 5. Quiet property and can sleep well at night though we were near the road. 6. Shower and towels were hotel standards 7. Bedroom sleepers provided 8. Hostess was efficient to book for us the cruise to the caldera. She chose a good liner as I have researched the tour operators prior to arriving and so her recommendation was good and efficient.
  : 1. Wifi speed was so slow that we can hardly surf the net. Luckily I had a local data plan. 2. This is more like an bed and breakfast than a hotel. It does not feel like a hotel as there is no concierge and the owner is the person you message via whats app for anything. 3. The villa is actually on the ground floor. So the infinity pool is not overlooking the sea but some Plants and then into the roads. We had a different impression of photos from the website. We wont have booked if we knew the pool was on the ground facing road and faraway sea. 4. The hostess felt very transactional, rude and impatient. Once we arrived she rattled off information to make sure she gets it all out and got annoyed whenever we had questions. She kept insisting that renting a car was much more cost effective than having any taxis as each trip to anywhere within 15 mins is $30 euros. This may be true and she may be right but my sister is recovering from an ankle injury and was not fit to drive. But she just dismissed the concern, citing that it is an automatic car and so it does not matter about her leg. This is a lack of empathy for her guests, and she failed to take our safety into consideration, especially when we could not read Greek. In the end we went for taxis but glad to have done so as the roads are dark at night and parking is a nightmare in the tourist spots. 5. The location is near the airport and far from popular places such as oia or Fira, this is a setback as there is no supermarket nearby and very few food delivery options. Many of the restaurants in fira would not deliver to our villa. 6. The hostess initially wanted to charge $3 euros per non alcohol and $7 euros for anything with alcohol. We felt this inconsiderate as this villa had no nearby supermarkets and we ended up consuming 2x 1.5litres of water ( selling at $1 euro per bottle in fira and in oia is $4 Euros for 6 bottles. The hostess latter told us on our last day that she waived our water consumption.

  : Very friendly staff. Magda, the maid was really friendly and got us amazing breakfast every morning. The villa was clean and beautiful. You get the best part was the sunrise view from the bedroom recommended by Magda. I had not seen such amazing sunrise before. The property owner Anna was very helpful and booked best restaurants for us to get best sunset views. I would love to go back next year.
  : There is nothing that I can think of. I just had one suggestion around the street lights and street roads. Since there are 4 of the same villas inside a boundary, it will be great to have street lights and proper roads inside the boundary.

  : Very clean, comfortable small house and very friendly staff, especially Anna was great and very helpful.
  : Very remote location. Far from the city center - Fira, and very close to the highway. You could hear cars passing by all night long.
