  : The rooms are very spacious and super confortable bed. The cafeteria is nice decorated and food delicious.

  : Great rooms, great bar especially the lady behind the bar. Restaurant was very good apart from the waiter.
  : We were checking out on a Saturday morning at 8am. Nobody there to check us out and no breakfast until 9am. We had to be on the road before then so very disappointing. Also our waiter in the restaurant at dinner seem to forget we existed once other customers came in. Its not as though it was busy only 2 other tables to attend to. Also very sarcastic when we were leaving at the end of the evening. Food good but very over priced. You're not as good as you think you are!!!

  : It's located in the middle of nowhere, on what seems to be an industrial zone. The room seemed to be clean, but I have to mention that I've found a bug in my pillow.The breakfast is not that good, don't have many options and each person can only get one coffee and one (small) bread/cake (...)

  : The staff was friendly. The room was quite large and quiet. A small breakfast was included. From our research, it was the best option in Illescas.
  : We could not get the room thermostat to work after returning to our room and, as the hotel and restaurant share staff, there was no one to ask as the restaurant had closed. The hotel is located in an industrial area and there is absolutely nothing to do in the neighborhood or to walk to. The twin sinks are in the bedroom, not the bathroom (very odd). When we asked for the wifi password, the staff took several minutes to remember what it was.
