  : The staff were friendly and helpful. We only met 2 staff members the whole trip but both were nice and tried to understand us
  : Everything else. To start off with the hotel room has no facilities other than a TV. There was no kettle or complementaires.the beds were aweful, the whole place was dirty, cockroaches running around and most fixtures broken and not working. There was hotel WiFi but it was 5mbps at best and didn't reach our rooms. The pool was clean and the communal areas of the hotel seemed ok. The hotel was also situated next to a night club on one side and a community market on the other. So it was always so loud you couldn't think straight. The night club stopped around 3:30am but by that time you were either suffering with a pounding headache and unable to sleep or wide awake. We got absolutely no rest the entire 8 nights we were there. It was a god awful experience. I was travelling with my disabled father and he's been in bed constantly since getting back, exhausted and suffering with migraines. The hotel was also very hollow and offered no sound proofing, so all we could hear all day was the other guests talking in their rooms and every single toilet movement echoed through our room like a symphony orchestra was playing us a private show. Couple that with the night club and community markets. There wasn't a single part of the day where you were not disturbed by noise. The lights in our room were the most confusing and frustrating thing about the stay. We had multiple switches to control one light but if we used a different switch it would turn on the balcony light, turn off the interior light and set off an emergency bulkhead light near the bathroom. Turning off all the lights activated said bulkhead, meaning no sleep if you need a dark room! Turning on the balcony light was the only way to stop it but the curtains didn't quite cover the window, there was always a crack that bled light into the room one way or the other.
