  : Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Fastest answers to messages on booking I ever seen. Beach, big supermarket, bus stop to Marmaris -- everything in less than 10 minutes from location. The staff were very caring and attentive
  : Staff partly doesn't speak English (though I could ask about everything in booking messages and get answers in 10 minutes). Breakfast was pretty limited and was cooked in 10-15 minutes. Restaurant in the same building was closed

  : No not water. When we asked about it we were told there was no hot water due to them being busy but we were the only people staying in the hotel. Unfortunately its not acceptable to charge for a room in the winter with no hot water to have a shower. Breakfast was also poor. I expected this hotel to be better.

  : We were double booked on the 1st night despite having booked this over 12 months in advance and were put up in a different hotel on our first night. The reason given was because we had booked through Booking .com.

  : Close to beach, about a 10 minute walk. Michael was very helpful in greeting us and helping us find a local doctor. Staff was always friendly in service with food, towels, etc. Clean comfortable rooms with good wifi and AC.
  : They advertise free breakfast. In Turkey, free breakfast has always included a large breakfast of drinks, eggs, cereal, breads, fruits, vegetables, etc. But here you get one cup (only) of tea or coffee, 2 eggs (how you like) on toast. For about $5 you can upgrade to a slightly better breakfast. Every guest I saw had to upgrade. Be careful not to forget or "misplace" your key because we were charged $11 for this piece of plastic. If you extend your stay, better to do it on booking.com. We stayed longer but even after showing them the quote online, we were still charged more when we paid.

  : Great and friendly staff. While not on beach, excellent location - right next to bus station to marmaris too, which makes hopping over easy
  : Rooms were pretty dim / not well lit. Bathroom was functional and clean but definitely older - fine for the price though

  : Super clean and beautiful property, pretty much a 5-10 minute walk to the sea down the road, right next to a park with some callisthenics equipment for a spot of exercise. Very friendly staff who were approachable and addressed any concerns very reasonably (e.g., allowed me an extra hour to accommodate an urgent work meeting before check-out). Basic breakfast options with one drink are included in the price & extra menu options are available for an upgrade. There's also a cheap shop downstairs. All in all, great value for Marmaris, I loved it and would stay again.
  : The only noticeable downside was that the aircon was a little weak (it gets so hot in Marmaris). Unfortunately, guests cannot visit unless you booked for two people (even if your apartment has 2+ beds). The wifi quality varies depending on your exact room/location, so I advise getting a sim (you can get it at the Dalaman airport on arrival).
