  : Weird rules… group of five only one person can do check in, check out had a penalty for leaving too early??? Could not leave a credit card for security deposit. Also really small for five people.

  : The apartment is in a very nice complex with a shared swimming pool not yet open to the public for Easter. The neighborhood is close to the marinas of Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Nueva, where there are excellent restaurants, cafes, the Ibiza casino, supermarkets and Talamanca beach, very comfortable and pretty. About 20 min walk away you can find Dalt Vila, the old town of Eivissa, as well as various shops for shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes.
  : The apartment, architecturally beautiful and well structured, is really badly kept. Non-functioning shutters, only broken chairs, it was not possible to close the sofa bed which was held up by wooden dowels that did not hold up and therefore we did not have the sofa...just to give some examples. I can attach Just 4 photos. We notified the lady who welcomed us but she told us that they were just "small details", details that it was impossible to notice in a first and quick moment of the initial delivery.Anyway, we really recommend looking for an apartment or hotel in this area but we DO NOT recommend this apartment (considering the amount paid) unless the owners fix it.

  : The location is perfect as it is right in the Marina, walking distance from Talamanca beach, and 15 min away from the city center.
  : One of the questions that the owner answered to on the page of the apartment was whether the pool is heated or not and if it's open all year. The short answer is NO. The pool is not heated, nor is it open throughout the year. Also the free parking, is actually FREE PUBLIC PARKING, which is mostly occupied. We did however get a parking space underground because Blanca, the lady taking care of the property, was kind to give us. The pool and the parking space were actually the things that made us choose this property in the first place, but ended up being disappointed by these. Also this is far from being a 4 bubbles (it's not a hotel to call it 4 stars) as the couch in the living room is beat up, the beds in the two bedrooms present small defects, the shower in the first shower room is pretty broken just as it was mentioned by others. Also the kitchen chairs are all broken and put together with tape. I am more than sure that this apartment was great a some point, but now it's far from that. We paid 200eur/night, and for a few more euros we could've stayed in Hard Rock Hotel which is a 5 star hotel with actual heated pool. PS: all walls are actually made of dry wall and you can hear all the noise that the neighbors are making.PS2: We got a different apartment to the one in the pictures and out of all pictures attached to the description of this host only the one with the outdoor pool is real and from the location where you are going to rent the apartment in. All other pictures are from the places nearby.

  : We were sold a two bedroom with pool view ! We got a 1 bedroom road view and the pool was closed! The lady who handed us the keys was the rudest woman

  : The owner is living too close that when you ask her something, 2 minutes and she’s at your door. It’s kind of « fast service » but she should ask if she can come directly or schedule a time. Once I asked her a question on whatsapp, 2 minutes and she answered me « hii » on the door! But honestly she’s really nice and very serving

  : The entrance door makes a terrible noise when it is opened. Needs a bit of work doing.
