  : Private room in a personal house`s yard, parking just outside. Quiet and comfy, great host. 5-10min walk to center! Great value for money.
  : Cleaning could be a bit better and the shower seemed a bit old, the bathroom was getting all wet after use. With all of these I would still recommend staying here!

  : i booked this apartment because i was coming with vehicle (small passenger van) and in apartment description they promise parking included in the price, for their guests. in the courtyard there are 2 parking spaces available (more than enough for 1 car and for 1 van of mine. however, when i arrived, the owner said he wouldnt let me park because his Italian friend is coming!! on the other space the owner parked his car. eventually i had to search for the parking far away from the apartment because all the streets around are banned for car parking.the apartment itself is small and very dirty. it hasnt been cleaned for ages.i found long black womens hairs left in shower (photo). mold in the corners of bathtub (photo). any surface i touched with finger, i found uncleaned dust (photo). also, its a dirty sink / kitchen surfaces (photo). I travel a lot for business, stayed in over 300 apartments, this is the worst ever, and very unprofessional behavior of the host you just cant take away parking from your guest because your friend will be coming in a few hours, after your guest has arrived. or if there is no available space, then the owner should move his own car away in order the guest could get his parking that he paid for. these are the basic rules of business and hospitality. and you must clean the apartment before the guests come. every time and in details. i hope these hosts will learn these things one day!

  : It is very nice apartment near city center. You need only 5 minute to get to the shop, market. The owner is a very pleasant and kind man. We had to leave our room till 12, it was very comfortable, because we could have a rest before the road. We can recommend this apartment for rest in ibenik)

  : Good location: near market, restaurants, grocery store and fresh burek kiosk :) 20 minutes by walk till the beach. Nice and kind owner.
  : There was no window so the room was dark. Wanted more cleanliness. Payment in cash only.

  : The location and the possibility to park just in front.
  : The shower was licking heavenly and the host denied it and invited us to find another accomodation (15th August at 9 PM!) We had to dry with rags ourself at every shower. The dirtines was litteraly disgusting: toilet, cutlery tray, toaster, bedsheets, toilet bin bag not change, just to give some example.AVOID THIS PLACE! The owner seems nice and brings you a bottle of wine, but once in front of the evidence of the poor conditions of the apartment he started to insult me.

  : Really friendly host, even though I arrived really late, the Check-In was no problem. The location is fine, close to busstation, trainstation, harbour and oldtown
  : The apartment is unfortunately really dirty and obviously doesn't get cleaned:( - a lot of long dark hair on the bed and in the shower- used towels in the bathroom (though there were also fresh ones provided) - toilet was really dirty, I've cleaned it by myself - the fridge smells moulded Really bad, and no excuse for that! The size and location is fine and this could be a really good accommodation if it would be clean.
