  : I had taken my grandsons on a trip to the space center. We had specifically chosen this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool. When we arrived, the pool was undergoing renovations and was closed. If this had been disclosed on their site, we would not have stayed there.

  : Easy check-in. Room was comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Great size room for four adults.
  : Air conditioning unit banged and rattled all night. There was no decaffeinated coffee available at breakfast.

  : The rugs were dirty, we had to change rooms. I told them it was because of the shower, but really the room smelled of urine.

  : The room was fine, cool and the bed comfortable. Nice touch to offer tooth paste. The refrigerator was already on the coldest setting and our drinks were cooled shortly after arrival.
  : The 2nd floor hallway was extremely hot with no air circulation. The ac at the end of the hall was blowing hot air and sounded like it was on it's last leg. Also in the hallway, the carpet was missing in places and what was remaining was either stained and dirty with a piece of cardboard for a walkway that was tattered. Looks like they had some major water damage to the rugs for a number of rooms and had to remove the carpet. Also the doors were ajar on these rooms like they were being aired out. If I was running the place I would have offered no rooms available on the 2nd floor hallway until it was fixed. It really looked like an run down cheap motel. No remote for the TV. The carpet in the room was dirty. The breakfast was terrible. The server did not replenish the any pastries or bread products. There were no glasses or cups to drink out of. Our only choices were lemon water. milk (not being kept chilled) and apple juice, so we had to borrow cups from the coffee stand. The sausage and tater tots were cold. The egg based product tasted fake and was terrible. Also the serving areas were not clean and none of the available tables wiped down after use. Some of the breakfast trash was scattered outside.

  : The rooms floor and couch had stains all over it. There were no extra linens for the sofa. We booked specifically for the indoor pool and it is not open with no sign or letting you know upon booking. The 4th floor air was not working and blowing heat so it was very hot.

  : It was not clean and smells strongly of weed in the hallway. There were items under the bed from previous guests and a drink left in the refrigerator. It was not clean and the hallway reeked of pot.
