  : Well I didn't like anything and even more so now that I find out this reservation which I didn't make and informed them I didn't make this that somone got my info using their wifi they said they canceled it. I did stay in another room tho and it wasn't any better. Lobby is closed because of covid although there is no city mask mandate nor did any member of staff wear a mask. And I had credit card info stolen and used cash and hygiene came up missing out of my room so I didn't like any of it unfortunately i couldn't afford to stay elsewhere.
  : First it's nasty and dirty and overpriced for what it is and it doesn't look anything like the picture. People are fighting and using drugs out in the open, staff were very rude and the wifi didn't work, the bedding had rips and stains all over them. The morning after the first night there was a knock on my door and it was housekeeping and as I opened the door a man came running in from around the side of the door and I had to throw the guy out because housekeeping just stood there looking as if this was a normal occurrence. I slept with my knife and one eye opened.

  : Everything. It was located in an area that looked unsafe. The outside of the hotel and premises looked very run down, not like the pictures. There was what appeared to be broke down cars in the parking lot of the entrance with windows busted out/taped up. It looked like a drug deal going on outside in the parking lot. I did not even feel safe enough to go inside. I was traveling with a child and this was not a safe environment for my child to be in. I immediately drove to an area that looked safer, logged on to booking.com, canceled the reservation, and went elsewhere. I do not recommend this property. It is also reflects poorly on booking.com standards. I wish I had taken pictures for reference.

  : The property was not as advertised the picture shows that it was very clean and well furnished but when we got there it was very dirty and there was a dumpster outside and a bunch of trash laying everywhere they have a policy where you can’t get a refund after 15 minutes of checking in, they also had to note to us that you have to keep your windows shut and locked for your safety and security and they advise you to make sure that your hotel is properly locked up. It was not safe for a five-year-old because there was trash laying around everywhere and it smelled it very badly of paraphernalia the washer and dryer area said that you had to use at your own risk and the room was not fully furnished things were missing there was a couple of roaches and the air conditioning unit was not working at all
