  : We really enjoyed the location. The village of Celles is beautiful and the church being right in front of the hotel was magnificent. The hermitage on the hill, abundant nature and provided help for getting a feel of the village were all really good. For the price, our room was good, well lit and properly romantic. It had enough space for the travel-bed we brought for our kid, which I worried about at first, as the room was advertised 'two people plus optional space for one kid'. There were no real accommodations for a child, but the entire hotel oozed with romantic charm that made me feel like I would book here again if it was just me and my partner. The breakfast, while at added cost, was very good value for money, with the staff being very attentive to our requests.
  : As we were traveling with our son (4), I had put a request in for a little note or drawing he could find to make him feel welcome. Sadly enough, I received no reply to this request. Within the room, a sock from the previous lodgers was still present, which was a little weird.

  : I knew in advance a key code was required to get in but in my opinion this is less hotel more serviced rooms. The location is great with a great bar/brasserie opposite
  : Noisy stairs impossible to come and go quietly, the doors to the rooms stick so need to be pushed to get in - adds to noise. We would have liked some interaction with staff. Had we opted to pay for breakfast I guess we would have seen some! Our room had light bulbs not working, hairdryer intermittently working, the vent in the bathroom not working, but we had no one to tell. I guess it works for some people but not for me.

  : The bed was extremely comfortable and huge. The room was air conditioned which we really needed. The bathroom was extremely nice with an old fashioned wash-stand and modern shower. Plentiful hot water.
  : The 4 flights of stairs to get to the room could be a challenge for some with heavy bags. Everything else was perfect.

  : Lovely little hotel. Very clean. Small but with loads of charm. Room was supplied with bottled water, tea,coffee,hot chocolate and some biscuits, a nice touch. Didnt meet any staff as we were given a code to enter and keys for room were there for us. It was lovely. Floors can be a bit noisy as old timber but thats also part of the charm. it was spotless. Bathroom had toiletries too. Would definitely stay again.
  : Bed could have been a bit firmer,but thats just me. Would have been nice to meet the owner or some staff,but i didnt have a need to look for them,so all was good.
