  : Cheap and staff was nice
  : Smelled like weed all the time, people outside smoking weed, we were displaced by a storm and did not have power, we extended our stay for an extra day because of availability. Our power was restored and they would not refund the amount paid $128 when we checked out early.

  : Fast and easy check-in and check-out.Young lady at arrival was friendly and polite.Full-size refrigerator.
  : 1. Elevator did not work.2. Television never worked (not even in manual mode), was outdated (ca. 2008-2009), remote control was missing, and staff never came to even check after reported. No television available during our stay.3. Full of German cockroaches. Literally, it was infested with these little roaches, crawling out of the kitchenette counter, out of the stove, climbing on bed, everywhere we turned, we would have to kill a small German roach.4. Not once did anyone come to clean, change towels, make beds, nor bring toilet paper.5. Hallway on 4th floor was dirty (popcorn and cigarette butts on carpet) when we arrived on Saturday afternoon and was not cleaned until Monday.6. Bars where towels are hung in bathroom had rust.

  : The Hotel did not allowing me to stay... neither arranged for any other stay...simply said our hotel is full... what is the kind of services Booking.com is providing...it is very important when people travelling from 1 country to another...if this the way Hotel and Booking.com works then it's complete no sense.Pathetic services from Booking.com and Hitel
