  : The location was good as it is in the Theater district and close to much of downtown Houston. I appreciated that they kept my luggage for me for a while after I checked out. the art is nice in the room and around the hotel.
  : The housekeeping knocked on my door at 11 AM and then walked in. Frightened me out of my skin. then she didn't speak any English and the situation was VERY uncomfortable. Housekeeping can't be notified of guests that have checked out and clean those rooms first. Don't bother a guest in the morning when they are enjoying their stay. There is no leadership at the front desk and reception area and I carried my own items twice when there were three men at the door. I opened my own door twice because the guys at the front are pretty lazy. the bell hop downstairs dropped my computer to put it down on a hard surface about 5 inches above the surface because he was too lazy to set it down properly. The tub has mold. the shower/tub fixtures are rusting, stained need to be replaced. Just a total bomb of service all round. Clearly there is no strong service leadership for the staff in the reception.
