  : The location was ok, close to the airport. The free breakfast was ok as well!
  : My biggest issues was flying my disabled mom for Mother’s Day on her first flight here only to be bit up by bugs in our beds!I was moved to 2 rooms in regard's to this yet still on the same floor! I spoke quietly with the manager and housekeeping staff on the first day and insisted on a room change! I thought that was the end; however, that was not the case! The very next day I wake up to these bugs again on my pillow and my husband’s pillow. At that point I was livid! I stormed to the front desk demanding answers showing photos and needing itchy cream! Needless to say they didn’t have any but I was given water bottles and wet napkins and burn cream. I’m so disappointed in the Hampton I literally have no words and I’ve yet to be refunded 3 days later!

  : The lobby & hallways smell like cigarettes, weed & body odor. The carpet/floors are nasty. The elevator doesn’t work. I booked a no smoking room that reeked & continued to reek of cigarette smoke, because it was right next to a smoking room. The room hadn’t even been cleaned, when they checked us in. There was someone else’s McDonalds trash on the table. Housekeeping didn’t vacuum, I found candy wrapper trash, & other bits of trash on the floor. It seems all she did was spray fabuloso on the floor. Didn’t appear to mop it, as the floor was still dirty when I ran a towel over the soaking wet tile. There were all kinds of spots of crap on the walls. I canceled my stay & left after an hour.

  : The enjoyable part was that there was power.
  : There were no additional security locks on the inside of the room besides a deadbolt. There was mildew on the curtains and realized upon leaving that the bedskirt had what looked like to be mildew on it as well. Bathroom was in need of some TLC and beds were not comfortable. When my son opened the sofa bed, there was a screw on it and mattress looked like it should be replaced. Only reason we stayed was because everywhere else was sold out and our power was out. This place is not worth what I paid.
