  : The room was great and it looked really clean. Most of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. There were 2 black girls (one on Friday evening and another one on Monday morning) that were very polite and super friendly. There was also a really nice black guy during Sunday night. Nice people like them attending the customers, that really makes a difference.
  : Some courtesy water would had been nice. I forgot to bring some water the first day and I had to just filled 2 glasses downstairs to bring to the room. Even if I wanted to buy a bottle of water, it was 5.5$, which is crazy. The night before my check out, the cable of my phone charger stopped working. I went to the reception to ask if they could let me a USB cable for a 1h to charge my phone (which I needed to do the check-in for my flight next morning and get an Uber/Lyft to the airport) and the woman there dismissed me pretty badly and told me they didn't have any cables without even looking at my phone.

  : Its getting old, but rooms were clean. Lobby is small and nothing special. Staff was very nice.
  : Surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast, not that they are ever anything great. But come on, offer something. I didnt even see complimentary coffee.
