  : The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly one lady whose name I did not get. The location was good, room was clean, and the place was close to plenty of good food options. Other than the poor room service this was a nice place to stay for 4 nights.
  : It appears "room service" means something totally different at this facility than others. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels when I arrived but that's where things went south. I was expecting the bed to be made, floor swept and bathroom cleaned daily. What I got was nothing on the second day, a couple of towels on the third day (no hand towels or wash cloths or toilet paper). I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper on the 3rd day. I asked for room service at the front desk on the 2nd day. I asked again for room service on the 3rd day and once again on the 4th day. The bed sheets were never changed or bed made. The trash was never emptied. The floor was never swept and the toilet was never cleaned. I received a couple of bath towels on the 3rd day but the dirty ones were left on the bathroom floor. I left a note on the bathroom counter but it was ignored. The afternoon desk clerk said he would leave a note with the cleaning staff supervisor but that never happened. I had to ask for and retrieve more toilet paper, wash cloths and hand towels on the 4th day and the front desk lady asked if I wanted her to come empty the trash, vacuum the floor and clean the bathroom. I told her no since I was leaving the next morning. She offered to give me reward points for my inconvenience.

  : Trayvon was working the front desk last night when we arrived, and he was awesome.
  : At 6:15AM, we were awakened to water pouring into our bathroom from an overflowing toilet above us. My husband went to the front desk, and the woman working said “I don’t know what to do.” We had planned to sleep in, but instead had to hurriedly get our small children up, dressed, and out of the room. We decided to eat breakfast before going. After waiting well past 7:00 when the hot breakfast buffet was supposed to open, we were told that a breaker blew in the kitchen, and it wouldn’t be available.

  : I chose this hotel cause it was close to my daughter’s house. The staff were friendly.
  : Bathroom door extremely hard to close and open. Water from shower wet the floor and coming out into the hall of the room - slip hazard!! Shower not clean; old looking, mold, peeling. Did not have soap or shampoo/conditioner body wash. Smelled like smoke in hallway. Bottom floor smelled like feces. Really disappointed specially for the price I paid! Building and room needs renovations.

  : Hotel was very ran downWent asked for towels was told they didn't have towels because the general manager said they can't give them out Elevator was very nasty my reservations were canceled after I told the lady I would pay at property Guy was on the phone instead of tending to our needs.

  : Proximity to my job location.
  : The property was very dirty. The hallways looked like it was never vacuumed, we had dirty towels that we had to replace, dirty bed sheets, dirty shower curtain. Hopefully none of the stains were mold. In the morning there was no actual breakfast because the chef apparently quit according to the front desk agent. It was overall very disappointing.
