  : The reception went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were offered free breakfast because we had to move rooms a couple of times. The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful.

  : We came at 5 am after long drive. The hotel confirmed that they are aware and ready of our late arrival. Our room was not cleaned. It looked like someone just got out of bed, took shower, used toilet and walked away. Receptionits just told us "Another hotel?" So at 5am we had to go find another hotel. Wrote email asking for refund. So far had no response

  : Nothing. I got upset even before coming in.
  : He didn't let me park in front of his hotel, disabled parking. No one was disabled. i had accident same time outside in the parking, the hotel next door. Bad parking space. Alot of space was left for disabled and i asked he said no i cnt. When there were no disabled. I moved my car on the other hotel parking, hill parking. Someone stupid left his car engine on and no handbreak and his car came and hit my parked car. I had no good sleep. Really bad stay. I wish i stopped in the hotel where my map took me at start Ibis styles hotel. I wish i ve never came to this hotel.
