  : We stayed in this hotel for 1 night on our way to Montreux. Location and a room with a lake view were great. Really enjoyed taking a bath in a large jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was nice, nothing special but good food and coffee to get you through the morning.
  : Most of the negative thing we noticed were already mentioned in previous reviews, so I can't hold hotel responsible for them. No AC and no fan Door to the bathroom does not close Stairs are steep No screens on the windows (one annoying fly got in and did not leave us alone all night)

  : Abrupt front desk, room very hot and stuffy , no a/c no fan , I did politely ask for a fan but was answered with an abrupt NO ! Stairs too steep struggled to take luggage up. No screens on windows we got bitten by mosquitoes, very noisy outside the room, no shower curtain which made it dangerous stepping out onto a wet floor no non slip mat , poor bathroom toiletries. No drinking water in the room so we purchased some from the hotel restaurant at an astronomical price , more than a glass of wine ! Also no fridge which I needed for medication I did ask in advance but once again was just bluntly told no fridge .In the main you have to fit in with the hotel they certainly dont try to accommodate the customer On the night before we left (Check out was 10.30 am the next morning) I went to the reception around 19.30 to pay for the accommodation with cash and once again I was very abruptly told we have to charged your card , this was done without any discussion or agreement from myself it put my bank account into overdraft, I have always used booking.com with the assurance that the card details are only used to guarantee the booking !!!So for the cost of the room you certainly do not get value for money staying at this hotel , not sure how they justify their cost for what you get
