: Nothing. Very simple place, clean.
: Staff. The hotel is run with 4 people, couple with 4 years old kid, en grandparents. Very unfriendly, very strict. Everything at the hotel turns around the kid. They adults have no eye for the needs of the guests. The guest are seen as people who has to bring money end go away. There was no proper welcome. We were booked vacation with the dog. But because the kid was scare of dogs, first weve heard were the rulers for the dog. It appears that the rules for the dogs were changed after our reservation, and the owners did not inform us about this. Easy money. The cancellation rules were also strange. We wanted to leave the place next day, because if the dog is not welcome, there is no need to stay for us either; and because of changing of agreement conditions without telling us. But the owner asked the full payment for al 8 days. Booking com dit not help us to solve the problem. ( this is another reason voor the claim) So - they do not keep the agreement and we had to pay. Our 8 days vacation in Tirol were totally distorted. There were also not many people staying at the place. The restaurant was mostly closed. We had to eat en drink somewhere else. The owners just sat at the place and did nothing. Sorry, they took care of their child. If u wanted to get something done , eggs on breakfast or fresh towels- u need to ask for it en you were named a Queen by the girl in oversized t shirt, leggings en crocs who described herself as the boos. Lazy and unprofessional people.Terrible!
