  : This location had not been recently renovated, which meant that the furniture was of better quality than other Hamptons we stayed at on our trip. Staff were very friendly.
  : This hotel seemed to be understaffed and the staff inadequately trained. The woman at the check-in desk when we arrived was new and having computer trouble with the couple checking in ahead of us. She had no one to help her, and therefore we had to wait quite a while for what should have been a quick and easy process. When we went to check out, we were told here was no record of us in the computer, even though our reservation was ready for us at check-in.

  : breakfast and staff from breakfast excellent
  : Hotel uses Fabulosa brand cleaning product in every guest room. The smell was overwhelming , I left with a sinus infection and unable to breath easily. I asked to change rooms and was told it would be the same in every room.

  : Location. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.
  : Something went wrong with my check-in. I received a call at 2:30 in the morning (waking my family from a dead sleep) asking if I was still planning on checking in. I told the guy I was already in the room sleeping. He said "oh".

  : The staff was amazing from the time we walked through the door. Tyesha greeted us with a smile and answered all of our questions. She even made sure we settled in our room. The bed was comfy, good water pressure during my shower, and the breakfast was yummy. Plus is was close to Fort Gregg Adams!

  : Jessica that worked the front desk was the highlight of our stay. She was very nice everyday and acknowledged my family every morning with a warm greeting and she remembered our dietary concerns and made sure that something was prepared that we could eat each day. I also watched her be very kind to everyone that she came in contact with. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.I liked the room set up,I liked the breakfast and the fact that there was a sign that says for dietary needs contact staff.The majority of the staff was great and very friendly. It is close to places to eat and stores that are in walking distance.
