  : The view and location were amazing. I especially recommend "Sun's Up" below the hotel for meals - a family run business that has exceptional food. The room was a little warn in places, but otherwise more than worth price. Only downside was check-in - definitely have a plan if your flight arrives early - though we were able to stay in the lobby, we had to wait almost two hours since we didn't have a car. Note that #305 is a private room not operated by the hotel so do not expect any hotel assistance. We will definitely be back (and better prepared.)
  : Check-in time, though we were able to stay in the lobby until our room was ready. (Cleaning took 2+ hours and we were just off a long flight overnight from New Zealand)

  : Great location. Beachfront, overlooking Fort Derussy park. Close to Lewers Avenue, plenty of restaurants, cafes in the vicinity. Five minute walk to bus stop. Property was very clean with a galley kitchen and washer and dryer. Bath/shower was very small but adequate for my needs.
  : The realestate property manager deducted balance of stay from my cc with no prior email notification. This triggered a fraud alert that cancelled my card and caused major inconvenience.Can be noisy at night from adjacent Hotel. Movement of trolleys and loud conversations from their ground floor laundry woke me a couple of times.

  : There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the toilet ran and didnt work well. Also, the closet door did not open properly.

  : The property is older but it was clean and a great location. We had a nice balcony with ocean view. Theres no daily cleaning but its equipped with what you need (ie., dishes, glass-wear, pots etc). Nice restaurants-coffee shops and shopping within walking distance. We rented a car and there is indoor parking but was not aware that they wanted cash up front to park. $25 per day. Otherwise I would stay again.

  : Perfect location - close to the action but away from the crowds, fantastic views, clean and comfortable.

  : The location was on the beach and steps away from the Waikiki shopping district. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and as well as a kitchen. The floors were updated and looked clean. The host was very friendly and greeted us when we arrived.
  : The toilet would not flush completely most of the time and requires 3+ flushes. The bathroom sink was not very clean and had residue in the hot and cold water knobs. There were construction on weekdays and they began early around 7am and we were not informed of. Saturday night around 11am to midnight Sunday, there was a guy banging some pipes and yelling for 45mins-1hr. Not sure if he was repairing something or just being crazy, just lack of consideration for visitors.
