  : Stay away !!! We have booked for 12 days, travelled 11000 miles and in spite of detailed invoice stating clearly cleaning services as well as staff confirming we are entitled to cleaning on request all communication proof screenshot and stored (since no cleaning equipment was provided in the flat )each and every day was promised a resolution and zero outcome.Last day comes they eventually realised they cannot longer deceive us with empty promises of not fulfilling their contractual clauses and thrown a lame at us we will refund cleaning and lack of service fees( yes impertinently and abusively sneakily award themselves a tip for providing no service) - no respect, no transparency had to chase for towels and no storage provided for luggage also no place to store garments or an iron they have sent one after I purchased one myself.No refund issued, all communication ignored since and having to raise this with my bank fraud team THREAD with caution with this elusive agency.Yes we are foreign but we deserve same level of respect Vacassa!I have travelled six times to Hawaii and had most amazing past experiences people as the place are just exemplary , save yourself the hassle stay at a hotel.Shame on you Vacassa!

  : location is the best,furniture is new
  : At booking.com is information well receive keys in front of accommodation.NOBODY SENT US E-MAIL WITH INFORMATION FOR CHECK IN,CODES etc.We received e-mail with codes after out stay(same about wi-fi)!!Were more than 1hour in front of building and trying to contact accommodation,asking people on the streets for mobile phone and internet,because we arrived around 10pm,everything was closed and we didnt have US number,were counting,well be sleep on the street.It was very bad and maximum of unprofessional. At the end we found help on the reception of Hyatt and called to operator of Vacasa.Secondly, after the first flush of toilet,toilet was blocked and full of water(not our faul,plumber said i too).Were calling operators few times and sending messages,were going on toilets to bars and markets,because toilet were repaired after more than 24hours.So our room stank and we cannot use toilet more than 1day from 3nights.That are reasons for my apply for refund,accomodation no interest to resolve refund at all..nice start of honeymoon:D

  : The refrigerator didn't work at all while I was there. The stove top stopped working halfway through my stay. No one contacted me about those issues after an initial reply. I had to use a cooler and the hot plate in one of the cabinets.

  : The apartment was equipped with up-to-date, high-end apliences, even the bed was adjustable with a remote cotrol. The bath room was very clean.
  : The exterior of the house was dated and unpleasant to the eye. It was not possible to lock the balcony door.

  : Amazing location, easy walk to everywhere in Waikiki. Beach was just across the street.
  : The property uses Philips Hue smart lights. This is great, but when they lose connectivity they flash green which is incredibly annoying. This happened a few times and its very hard to try and fix them. Lacked a few creature comforts like toilet paper, soap, general bathroom amenities. The building felt pretty old and looked a little scabby in comparison to the larger chain hotels. You pay for what you get.
