  : Accommodations in the room was great, location a block from the beach. Had multiple rooms at Banyan and made it easy toMeet up with the rest of our group since we were all at the same place.
  : Construction on the property was a bit overwhelming. Got a notice about water being shut off the night before for the following afternoon made it difficult as far as showering and getting since we had plans for a nice dinner.

  : It came with parking.
  : It wasn’t the exact room we had signed up for. Our room changed on the Monday before we were set to arrive on Wednesday. The room we we got was now outdated and dusty, just not what was pictured at all. We were told we’d get a similar room if construction were to change but we didn’t know we’d be downgraded. We paid for no hot water and a nice room with 2 actual beds. Our room got changed to an outdated room with 1 actual bed and a pull down. We were told the trade off is that we’d get hot water all day now which we honestly didn’t care for since we weren’t home during the times of construction anyways. We honestly wanted a clean and comfortable room to relax in after a day of hiking and swimming but ended up in a cramp old dusty room instead. We were looking forward to staying at the Banyan since we walked by it so many times and used their parking lot every day the last time we were in Honolulu, but the moment we arrived and saw our room we really just had to suck it up and live with it. It was also spring break so finding another hotel or place was nearly impossible unless you were willing to fork out $5-$10k.

  : Loved the view from the balcony, especially at night. Glad that we had parking in the garage. Full kitchen was good to have. Appreciated having help from porters with our suitcases.
  : Bathroom was small and not very private. No real place to put suitcases. Finding the check in office was challenging. Sliding doors between bedroom and living room were not working. Light in bathroom faded in and out.

  : The room was equipped with a full kitchen which we loved! The mountain view was spectacular. Lots of bathroom and beach towels. The room was spacious and had big comfy beds.The free parking was an exceptional bonus!!
  : The shower temperature fluctuated significantly every 30 seconds. It would go from very hot to cold repeatedly. Everything else was perfect.
