  : Only 3 things were good. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked, but it was noisy and the location was really great.
  : When we booked this "Condo" the description was "1 bedroom" but it turned out to be 1 room like any hotel room but not as nice. It was also supposed to include a "washer & dryer" but this was not the case. The "washer and dryer" was on the ground floor in a Coin Laundry. The ceiling fan had a blade missing so it ran badly unbalanced and it was in danger of falling down. The lights over the wash basin flicker if left on for more than a few minutes. The flyscreen door to the balcony was off the its track so we couldn't open or close it. This meant we couldn't leave the glass door open for fresh air. The cover on the bed had a few bad stains on it. We took it off anyway as we didn't need it. One of the bedside lamps was so wobbly that I thought it was going to fall over. The glass plate in the microwave is the wrong fitting and if you try to use it, it doesn't work correctly. The batteries in the TV remote and the air conditioner remote controls were flat and there are no instructions on how to work the TV and the cable channels. Keoki is the person to go to if you have any issues and he knows about the ceiling fan, the stains on the bed cover and the flat batteries. He was supposed to bring us some more but that didn't happen. When we left the "Condo" we left him a detailed list with the Security Guard of everything that needs fixing in the room. We use Booking.com all the time and for the first time we have been really disappointed. Not worth half of what we paid.
