  : Location was perfect central to the shops cafes & bars. A few minutes walk to the harbour. We also booked a parking space here.
  : Le Loft was quirky and well thought out. Ok for an overnight stop, I wouldn't stay for more than a night as it is very small, the stairs are very steep.

  : The arrival and check in was on problem at all. The property was in a fantastic location, very close the Hornfleur port.

Disappointing

  : Location, location. The owner was very helpful in booking a local vet for our dog passport appointment, this was very useful and appreciated.
  : Unfortunately there were several issues which we feel should be shared:1. The details state that guests will be met at the property, this is wrong. We had to phone the owner who told us that we had to find a local cheese shop to check in. This took quite a a few calls/texts . We then had to queue in the shop behind customers buying their groceries ! Not a pleasant arrival.2. We were advised that we then MUST pay in cash, in spite of the property already holding card details . At least the bank is only 2 minutes walk away. Clearly we were not the only surprised guests as confirmed by a German guest checking in. This should be made clear in advance.3. The property has parking and the photos display plenty of space. The reality is that several cars fill spaces which we found were overfilled and we had to request that another guest move their car out of the car park otherwise we would not have been able to leave in time to catch our ferry, thankfully these guests understood and found alternative parking even though they had paid to park.If we had not had been in Le Loft when they parked then there would have been no way to sort the issue as the spaces are for a property at another location.4. Please be aware that access to the car park is very, very tight. Cars must reverse in and the street is tight. The photo shows the access but belies the narrowness. 5. The photos of Le Loft are clearly dated. The presentation is tired and scruffy. The rooms had mould showing in several areas and felt rather damp. There was no plug in the bath room basin and the shower had black mould. The radiator in the bedroom was hanging from one bracket. The patio at the front surrounded by trees in planters is actually a fence which has seen better days with little to entice one to sit outside.
