  : Staff at the hotel did not safeguard my privacy and revealed my stay at the hotel to somebody who did not have thr right or need to know, This gaff by staff has continued to cause me issues.

  : The property needs updated and fixed. Siding is coming off, a broken old exercise pool is their wading pool, wall painting is faded and crumbling, etc.

  : Lacking in some dishes and silverware. No lamp on one side of bed. Regular tv didnt work. No place to put things in bathroom

  : Location, location, location.
  : The "patio" is a slab small rectangular slab of concrete. The "ocean and mountain views" are there...hidden behind the legs of the balcony of the upstairs unit. It's was annoying and should be clarified in the description of the property. Had I known, I would've sprung for the balcony unit and enjoyed an unobstructed view. As it was, I dragged the Adirondack chair down toward the beach and god gorgeous views of the mountains and the bay. Another thing, if you don't take your trash with you, put the furniture back as you found it, and clean the dishes, countertops, refrigerator and other appliances, you will be charged an additional $45/hour plus tax.....isn't that what housekeeping is for?
