  : This was a great little base for us we went out and about on lots of dog walks then relaxed in the evening in the amazing hot tub.
  : There was nothing that we didnt like its a very practical cottage.

  : unfortunatley on the second night the hot tub temp dropped and we couldn't get it up again.

  : Property is in a good location with stunning views over the countryside. We enjoyed doing the jigsaws. All appliances in good working order.
  : - The property is advertised as being for 6 guests. As a family group of 5 adults we found that there was comfortable seating in the lounge for 5 (3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs). There were 4 dining chairs and 2 stools. Whilst there were sufficient utensils and plates, there were only 4 cereal bowls, and enough mugs/glasses/cutlery for one use per person, meaning that we had to wash up DURING and between meals rather than use the dishwasher. - The property would benefit from providing plastic 'glasses' for use in the hot tub, a bath mat, washing up brush/scourer and additional pegs for the washing line. There was no shade on one bedroom ceiling light, and no bedside light in another. - The instructions for the heating appeared to be for another property/out of date/not applicable to the house we rented. - The cleanliness could be improved: when I swept the kitchen floor I swept up dog biscuits. We don't have a dog! - It's all just a bit tired and dated, certainly no 'wow' factor, more of an "it'll do" feeling.

  : I forgot to contact the property owner day before. But there was no issue. One phone call away and I had the code for the key box.
  : It took us little bit of time to get into the lock box as it was well used. But we got the key.

  : The property is always very clean and the location is perfect for exploring Holyhead and beyond.
  : Some of the kitchen equipment has become unusable, for example knives not sharp and tins and frying pans have a build up of oily residue. Microwaveable Pyrex would help a lot too.
