  : The staff was very welcoming and attentive, my dog got daily treats and it felt like we've been there before. Was a positive environment and all credit to staff (cleaners, chef, barman, even the locals).Bathroom can see is been updated and for a single room was big enough and had the basics you need.Enough storage room but I'd swap the chair with the drawers so can actually have usage of the bottom drawer as well.
  : The entire stay was spoilt by the extraction fan noise (room 4) which was non stop, despite being told by a manager will aim to stop it for night time. That cause to have barely any sleep unfortunately. First impression are the communal carpets that do need a scrub (room one is clean).

  : As said in previous reviews corridor and stairs carpet in need of a good clean. I know they had a leak when we were there but that wasn't the problem.

  : Smell of dampness was like a cow shed at back of a pub The bedding was damp waste of money no one slept we didn't have a choice to stay let's hope no one gets sick out of this trip I never witnessed anything so vile in my life I wish I could give a worse score than poor anyone thinking staying here when they get off the ferry please stay in car ye will be safer and cleaner the. Damp smell transferred in to our body and the state the shower was in you couldn't use it stay clear folks disapposable humidifier in corner collecting all the moisture from the black ceiling

  : The bed was quite uncomfortable, and the floodlights outside were intrusive.
