: There was water on the floor when we arrived. Probably because of rain and openned window. Nonsignificant event. A bit overpriced as everything these days.

: The staff specially Maritza is Friedly and very helpful. The area is very quiet and away of the busy boardwalk. The beach area is clean and there is a lifeguard station almost in front of the hotel which gave me a peace of mind. The Wi-Fi is great.
: They are in the process of remodeling the hotel. Make sure when you make the reservation to ask which type of room are you getting not all the rooms looks like the one on the web page. The older rooms are pretty outdated. I will suggest offering beach umbrellas, that can be a good amenity for guest that flew into Hollywood. I don't think our room was soundproof.
