  : was told breakfast was until 10. My wife and grandkids were there at 8.55 and was told they closed at 9. The pool wasn't full of water

  : Location, closeness to beach and cafes. Pool clean. TV in bedroom and lounge room. Breakfast OK, enough variety and the breakfast area could be so nice, again shabby. Bed comfy enough, (pillows ridiculously uncomfortable and we were jet-lagged having come from Australia). A good night's sleep is everything. Good to have kitchenette, but the cupboards were less than desirable.
  : Our room was so run down, maintenance not addressed. To fix a bad situation at sometime it was all painted over in white ( bathroom tiles as well), to freshen it up, but no underlying problems fixed. Paint peeling off in shower recess, doors on wardrobe falling off, area in robe around safe was really pretty unsightly. When we first arrived I really did wonder why "Bookings" listed it to sell. Considered leaving after first night, but they had our money. Staff at check-in so indifferent, didn't offer up box of crockery and cutlery at the time which is there for the offering. Everything seemed too difficult for them..

  : There is 1 hotel office that manages about 23 hotels within a 6-8 block radius. Check in was smooth but the line was very long. Parking is $18 per day, the free breakfast is basically a scam.

  : The mold knocks you out when you walk into your room! My parents room had bugs and they had to move. Staff was so slow at front desk! They have a sign that if you give them a 5 star review theyll give you free merchandise. Old, moldy and the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in!
