  : Excellent food : buffet at breakfast and a lot of variation at the evening meal. Beautiful scenery can be admired from the dining hall. Overall very clean and a super friendly staff.
  : If I really have to pick something: the ventilator in the toilet does make an awful lot of noice, especially noticeable at night.

  : Awesome food, great breakfast and perfect dinner. Nice rooms. Location is very good for skiing, even the hotel is located the end of Hinterglemm.
  : The lobby bar was extreme expensive compairing to normal price level in Austria and ski resort hotels (been skiing in Austria over 10 times). Sauna department was just ok and opening times pretty short. Every signs, menus and infos just in German. The staff wasn't that happy to speak English.

  : The location of the Hotel Marten was great - right on the outskirts of Hinterglemm, it is ski-in/ski-out. While there aren't many restaurants nearby, Hinterglemm is just minutes away by car. This is a great hotel with an authentic feel.
  : One of the great things about the hotel is that it is family-run, and feels like a traditional pension. However, this comes with some limitations which we are no longer used to as hotel guests. You are allocated a table for breakfast, and staff are rather inflexible when it comes to choosing your seating in the morning. Food is also served at set times, and while this is a 4* hotel, you cannot order when you please or in your room. One last point: while the hotel has a pool, it is not open in winter, which came as a disappointment as this was not advertised, and was a big reason behind our decision to stay there.

  : I was stuck on same table everyday in a back room away along way from the actual restaurant which has nice views etc. Staff spoke very little English and service was just odd, had to ask 4 times for water with my evening meal, was served a desert and no cutlery to eat it with. Because I was in the back room had to wait to get some.The room service is bed making only nothing was taken out that was finished tea cups, rubbish etc, and even a box of light bulbs presumably from the maintenance team was left in the bathroom for my entire stay.I think if you are Austrian or German this is all probably fine everyone else seemed really happy.

  : The breakfast was very good. The facilities were nice (sauna, hammam, wellness zone, ski room, table tennis). What was absolutely amazing was dinner - the chef prepares stunning and delicious meals!
  : Some staff seemed to be a bit less skilful in communication with clients, and their replies in English were rather short.

  : A very nice small family-run hotel in a beautiful, peaceful setting. A beautifully served and selected three-course dinner, which surprises again and again with unusual combinations. The outdoor swimming pool is large enough for a pleasant refreshment and fitness. The rooms are exceptionally neat and clean, and the maids are practically invisible. The surrounding area is full of opportunities for walks and even more demanding climbs. Access to the hotel is easy, and there is a big parking and a garage available.
