  : Location in the middle of town next to the best pancake restaurant. Shower was good and heating effective.
  : Tiny and cramped beds. For such a charming town, this apartment had zero charm. Our main complaint was 1. Reception: We were requested and repeatedly reminded to decide on a specific hour of arrival. When we arrived there was just a cryptic note hanging on the reception building stating that the key is inside. There was nobody there and we had to figure out ourselves that the key was not inside the perception building but inside the apartment. Absolutely no orientation on the apartment (like how to operate the heater) and we had to call for someone to come and provide us towels and bed sheets. 2. Having rented dozens of apartments before, this was the first time that I have seen an apartment not include bed sheets and towels. Luckily they included toilet paper! It says on the reservation that one can order bed sheets and towels, but I would have never imagined that these are not included and was under the impression that this was to order additional bed sheets and towels. Nowhere does it say that the apartment doesn't have these - terrible considering that this place wasn't cheap. A friendly housekeeping lady came by and brought us bed sheets but said that towels were not available through NOVASOL, the rental company, and that she had to get some from her own house. I cannot recommend NOVASOL! I had to cancel the last night because I was ordered to be a witness in a court date, but they still insisted on the no-cancelation clause.
