  : We were unable to stay because the room was dirty: the sheets were used and not changed, with stains, towels were dirty and left on the balcony, and there was food left in the fridge. Essentially, nothing had been cleaned for a long time. We contacted the owner, who not only lied to us but also to others since other people had the same issue. Furthermore, the owner was unable to resolve the situation, and there was nobody on-site. After a few exchanges with the owner, they stopped responding to us. We reached out to Booking, who instructed us to find alternative accommodation at our own expense, with the assurance that this accommodation would be refunded. However, we have yet to receive the refund. We wasted a significant amount of time, more than four hours, and I've noticed that this accommodation is still available on Booking. Recent reviews also indicate that this isn't the first incident; it seems to have been an ongoing problem for some time. This situation reflects poorly on Booking and the owner. We were charged 123 Euros and feel extremely disappointed. We contacted booking who gave us 25 euros: it is a joke!

  : I strongly disliked it, althogh they were respectful during check in.
  : Filthy apartment. Roaches everywhere, other insects as well (including spiders, and some green bug). Dusty as well!Toilet is filthy as well and there was short black threads (i am not sure whether it was hair or something else).We could not withstand staying more than 30 minutes inside and immediately checked out.Although it was only 30 minutes, we catched a cockroach with us, and it scared us as it was flying in the car.There were filthy dishes in the sink as well.Washing machine had clothes that did not belong to us.Enterance was dark and scary.I had such a nightmare!

  : There was no key in the lock box based on the information we were given for checkin. We tried to call multiple times with no answer. Even another guest tried and couldnt get a hold of someone from the property too(they had keys to their apartment but there was also problems with their apartment) . We ended up leaving and finding a new place to stay. I sent multiple emails and still have not heard back from the property in response. I would not recommend.

  : When we got there, we found that the room was not cleaned. The bed sheets and towels where not changed. Only one towel found that was not used by the previous guests. I tried calling, sms and via booking but no response. The next day, the same, no response and no change.

  : This is the worst experience we have ever had !
  : The hotel gave misinformation of the diartNCE FROM VIENNA AIRPORT but it is actually 20 kms away !! We had to spend the whole night in the airport terminal !!

  : Lack of communication, I tried to contact several times and only after contacting Booking service on the arrival date there was an answer. We arrived in the evening, there were 5 beds but only 4 were ready to use, there were no towels except one dirty towel in bathroom and no soap. We wanted to use one of the bowls in the kitchen but it was also dirty. I will not recommend. We were in appartment #1

  : Location close to the airport.
  : The apartment had an open front door. Probably someone left the apartment shortly before our arrival. It was not cleaned, the apartment was a mess. The operator of the apartment was not available on the phone and could not be contacted. He didn't even respond to voicemails. There was only one towel and it was hanging wet in the bathroom. The beds were not made, on the contrary, it looked like someone had been lying in them for a while before. With regard to the check-in time around 9.30PM, there was no other chance than to clean up and put the apartment in order so that we could spend 1 night here. We did not want to look for other accommodation at this time. Another family didn't have a key in the mailbox, and since the owner of the apartment didn't respond, they packed up after an hour and set off to find another place to sleep. In short, a complete tragedy that we have not experienced anywhere in the world in more than 20 years.
