Resort Condo with Pool and Tennis Less Than 1 Mile to Beach!

  : it was a nice place roomy had pretty much everything you needed.
  : 2 things that could be changed 1) coffee maker every one uses the single cups now. 2)The bedroom with the bunks it could use maybe a darker curtain or something cause at night the lights outside shines in and keeps the room lit up even with the blinds closed. just a couple of suggestions.

  : Great location, the island offers a free trolly service and pick up is right in front of the entrance. The host left plenty of towels, dish soap, and bath products.
  : I wish the second bedroom, the one facing the hallway had darker curtains as the hall light shines right in at night.

  : Easy to find and there was plenty to do. The boardwalk to the beach is beautiful. The condo was value priced.
  : Dated facility. The condo needs some more attention. The dining room chairs were dirty and one was broken. We alerted customer support but nothing happened.

  : This property itself was fairly well kept. Nice tennis courts and outdoor pools although the indoor pool area seemed very run down and dirty. The hot tub was our of order while we were there. The beach was beautiful although from Building 4 it was .6 miles. We knew that in advance and did not mind the walk. One family member was on crutches due to a hip injury and used the courtesy shuttle to and from the beach. Saw security quite frequently and they seemed to be on top of things.
  : We rented Unit 4431 and felt it left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, they had no record of our stay. Once I showed them our booking.com confirmation, they were able to put us in the system and provide us our parking pass. Our unit smelled very stale when we arrived but was remedied with several candles. The shower curtain liner was covered in mold. Very outdated and in need of renovations. No trap in the sink to do dishes. Only one trash bag for 4 days so needed to purchase those as well. The king bed supports in the middle were broken so the bed sagged badly. The bunks in the other room were very loud and squeaky, making a nights sleep near impossible. The plus side is that we had a great time at the beach and by the pool with our family members. I guess its a toss of the coin what kind of unit you will get, because the photos made it appear much nicer than it is. Another family member had unit 4409 and it was sooooo much nicer than ours.
