  : The location is close to the oceanfront and is very quiet. Everything was working, but on a low key.
  : The house was build several decades ago and it looks like since then no investment has been done. The bathrooms are tiny and completly outdated. Look is very cheap. The kitchen is ancient and several parts felt sticky. Patio carpet Is porous and the doorhandle for the patiodoor is missing. Took us a while to figure out how to open without handle. The laundry is ancient as well. On top after drying and Using the hangers in the wardrobe all collars of the shirts were dusty. Most likely the hangers were full of dust. Garden is not maintained just a bulk of huge trees around the house, which keeps the house cooler but as well makes it very dark inside. All in all not the standard we are used to in Hilton Head. I would reconmend Vacasa to inspect this home and only to rent out again after a major Renovation.

  : Great location. Close to be beach. Great and spacious screened in porch. Could use some fans as it was hot in June.
  : Many basics were missing. No trash bags, no oven mitts, only on dish towel. No shampoo and limited body soap. Also could not find a wine opener. Could not find out how to turn on laundry room light under house.
