  : The Apartment was beautifully decorated and the view was lovely. Also liked that shopping and dining available on site.I would definitely revisit
  : The mattresses were uncomfortable, a little too firm for my taste , the wine glasses were cheap. Also , I wish there were cleaning utensils left such as brooms and mops available.

  : Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. The view was amazing, it was quiet and very clean. We loved sitting out in the patio and there was even beach chairs provided. There were also shops and a pool right next to it.
  : Two minor things... they didn't leave any extra trashbags for a 5 night stay and there wasn't a window covering on the window over the hot tub which felt a bit exposing as we could see people sitting on their patio. One major thing... there was no way to lock the front door from the inside so my kids could just open the door with no problem. Luckily my kids listened when I told them not to, but had they been younger they might not have. These things would not stop me from staying there again, just things to be aware of.

  : The instructions to locate the building, parking etc were terrible. Customer service was inadequate. After an hour of getting that sorted out we got inside to find that the shower doors have probably never been cleaned of their scum. There was no hand soap. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 4 night stay with 6 people. It took over an hour after getting inside for someone to call and make sure I was able to actually get inside after the confusion regarding parking - they sent me a gate code but the parking lot adjacent to the property doesnt require a code as it doesnt have a gate. I spent my evening cleaning the shower floors so we could shower. There was trash under the beds. The tv in the guest bedroom is super old. It was unplugged when we arrived which Im assuming because it gets super hot. We were given one trash bag for 4 days. Overall the house itself is nice, beds are decent and it has a properly stocked kitchen. Location is convenient and the pool area was clean. We asked for a late checkout which they couldnt accommodate and we were understanding but as Im trying to get my little children dressed and half dressed myself I was surprised when the cleaning crew tried to come in 30 minutes before our checkout time. My husband asked them to leave & instead they sat outside our door for 30 minutes. Ive never left a poor publicly visible comment on a property but I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service I received. We were delayed over an hour getting into the property, had to buy soap to even wash our hands and clean our own bathrooms and pick up trash from previous renters.

  : clean and well kept, great location
  : staircase was loose. felt slightly dangerous. one elevator out of service. would have appreciated a few more amenities, such as dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, and coffee. if you want people to wash sheets and dishes, have those supplies on hand.
