: I liked the cleanliness and location inside a gated community. The property truly felt like a home away from home and is very well kept.
: The stairs were a little bit of a challenge and figuring out the tv but once we got the hang of it everything was fine.

: The interior of the unit was very nice and tastefully decorated.
: Neither the pictures nor the description reveals that Golfmaster E2 is a second floor unit with four flights of stairs (29 steps) and no elevator. I was traveling with my elderly parents and once we reported our discontent with the accommodations and difficulty navigating with a walker, we were told we would hear from the management company the following day to try to find alternative arrangements. Vacasa Management's Assistant General Manager, Christine, reported that she was unable to move us elsewhere as she had "no other units available." She even informed me that she was "looking at photos and could clearly see that it was a second floor unit." Clearly not the photos displayed on Booking.com, and questioning my veracity. I found her conduct and haughty attitude very offensive. Requests for earlier check in (4 pm is standard) or later departure (10 am is standard) were refused. My father stayed in the unit the entire time rather than trying to navigate the steps with his walker. This severely limited our mobility and opportunity to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas. All units that are not handicap accessible should clearly state that to prospective renters. This one made no mention of 4 flights of stairs and no elevator. This was my second time renting a property managed by Vacasa and my last. If I should discover that they are the management company, then I will make other arrangements. A property I rented at Kiawah Island had a host of issues, but Vacasa made no adjustments or accommodations of any kind.
