  : We arrived and spoke with the man in the office. He told us he had JUST put all the keys in the front lock box because he was on his way out. We followed the instructions and looked through the envelopes and took ours. Easy!
  : The front and backyard need to have the leaves blown. A blow dryer would be appreciated. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. The remote for the tv in the master bedroom was held together by black electrical tape. I called and had one delivered but it needed to be programmed. My husband and I tried for 50 minutes but it wouldnt sync up. I called again, and he said he would stop by the following day but I guess he didnt get a chance. We tried the remote from the living room because it was the same one, and it worked. So, we would take it up at night and down in the morning.

  : Very clean, nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen with great supply of dishes, glasses, cookware, etc. Soap packets for washer/dryer and dishwasher provided. Walking distance or free parking avail at nearby lovely, big beach. There is not really a nice area to sit outside at the house. Back patio could be nicer with comfortable chairs or plants, but that did not detract from our great stay.
