  : The difference between what was advertised at the online website and the reality is a "bait and switch" scam. It was terrible! We were supposed to stay for two nights but left after one.

  : It looked like they put some effort into decorating the room. It had beautiful wood floors, a nice ceiling fan, counter tops, and tv, stereo, etc. Wifi worked well. It definitely wasn't your typical hotel layout but it was quaint.
  : The exterior was very run down and I worried about parking my vehicle there. The elevator sounded like it was on its last legs. The pool area didn't look clean and the water was green. It looked like there were long term residents there and their units looked very run down. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty and there was an open bag of chips and cereal in the cupboard. Also, there was only 1 drinking glass, 1 wine glass, and 1 fork in the kitchen. Otherwise, there were plates, bowls and other utensils. The sliding glass door to the lanai didn't close all of the way or lock. The room wasn't secure because the lanais were connected.

  : Dirty muggy room not even a trash can had to ask. Elevator barely worked. Lots of yelling and wild tenants. Was not a hotel it was an apartment building. Not a good experience at all

  : The guy at the reception was helpful and when we complained that there was no fridge in our room, he brought us immediately a fridge and a microwave from another room. The room was clean. I also liked the courtains, the room is dark at night so I had very good sleep
  : Before booking this hotel I have read the reviews, so I already knew that it was very ugly outside, but the rooms were OK. But what I didn't know before was that it is actually not a hotel but a place with long term residents and the whole place looks like a ghetto. Thanks God there are some security cameras and a security guard at night. But I still didn't feel very safe there

  : I liked the ocean view in our room
  : I don’t believe the property was an actual hotel. It felt more like a long term residential. The exterior of the building was unkept. The hours of the lobby were not 24/7 like other places they closed by 4 pm. The back hallway going to the elevator was always flooding with water as the washer and dryer were right there. The small AC unit barely worked for extended periods of time before it flashed full water on the screen. The pool on the property had green water and looked like it was not properly cleaned in awhile.

  : The staff was super friendly, and the view was great. If you do book this place, only book the ocean view room. It's the only thing that makes the room manageable.
  : There are small ants everywhere. The advertisement is not up to date. The pool is green and the balcony is rusting and falling apart. The advertisement is not clear on what this place is. This is not a hotel at all. It is a low income apartment complex. The property is not well taken care of and feels very unsafe, especially at night. If you do want to stay here, I recommend 1 night only and in the ocean view room.

  : The view was amazing. The patio was nice. Once inside the room it was nice.
  : There enervator was broken and we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs. The building is dirty and run down. There are some questionable residents of the hotel.
