  : The parking lot was large with sufficient space for parking. The room size was decent. The sink faucet had a bit short neck. Your hand will touch the wall of the sink while reaching for the water.
  : Hand soap bar was not provided. The body wash soap bottle was empty. The breakfast had limited items. There was no oatmeal. Omelette could contain cheese instead of ham. One issue, not the fault of the hotel, is the direction that Apple map provides if you are coming from the west. The map leads you through a small road call White House and then a narrow River Road. The hotel itself is conveniently located but Apple Map messed up the direction.

  : The breakfast was good: there were hot food items as well as cold food items and bagels. The staff was friendly. The pillows were quite comfortable.
  : Why don't staff wear name tags or some type of uniform to identify themselves? Why do they sit outside and leave the desk unattended? Why was there never any housekeeping, though we requested it every day of our stay? The front desk asked us when we checked in if we wanted housekeeping and we said yes. Then we asked every day when it was not done if it could be done. We brought down the used towels each evening to receive a refresh of towels and toilet paper or kleenex as needed. Before using any of the towels, make sure that you check them as many of them are stained. There was paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. The vent was also dirty. The sprinkler system was loose from the ceiling. This hotel is an embarrassment to Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott. Marriott needs to reign in their hotels and make sure they are up to their standards.

  : The oatmeal was inedible. The heater was so noisy it had to be unplugged by maintenance.The road noise was very loud being so close to the main road.
