  : good location & enough space for family of 4.
  : Misleading info on the cottage description. Air condition was listed and was one of the key elements to select the cottage out of others in the region. After letting owner to know about about non-functional AC it was told that as electricity is so expensive AC is not included into price. Could not imagine having midsummer sauna in such high temperature cottage. Sauna is definitely part of midsummer traditions. Unfortunately not this year.Property owner should just take resonsibility and apology on the wrong info in the description rather than trying to insist arrogantly something which is not in the description.Quite a many minor things to fix to polish the condition of the cottage.

  : The TV was not working properly, only 1 channel!It was not possible to go swim from the sauna. The pictures gave wrong impression.

  : Really good location in Repovesi national park. Free parking. Really sweet house. A lot of space for everyone. Everything that we needed was there (bring your own towels and bed clothes).
  : There was only 1/4 of the toilet paper roll left for us. It was a bit complicated to find the right house because it was not the 3rd house on the row as it was discribed.

  : Karro 2 Cottage was our second destination in Finland, after a great stay we had in Porvoo.We were six people, my wife and Little girls aged 2 and 5 and my wife parents ( 70+), we rented the cottage for two nights.We travel Finland for two weeks from Helsinki till Kuusamo, and the stay at karro 2 was the worst.We didn't like:1. That I needed to pay in advanced through a bank transfer, and when I had some technical Issue with the transfer the first reply that I have got from the host was:"This room has been used by guests for many years and no one has had any problems, NEVER"(making me feel like stupide)2. Cottage Location wasn't easy to locate. We used Google maps and Waze in order to find the Location, both directed us to a dead end road near railroad tracks.I contacted the host through Booking chat and in the meantime tried to explore the roads and map to see if I could find the place. The reply from the hostess was:"The booking page has all the coordinates and photos. I'm out of place right now.We sent you all instructions."( instead of spending two minutes trying to support us, again she made us feel stupid)After I have found the gate to the villa complex, I sent her a picture to confirm:she confirm but couldn't help herself and added the following reply:"for 15 years, no one had any difficulties. Have a nice rest. Read the house rules and conditions of stay."3. It was HOT as HELL inside the cottage, and there were no windows to open except of 2 windows that didn't have a proper handle. In The middle of August the temp was more than 30 degrees and the cottage accumulated a lot of heat.So unfortunately I "dared" to ask "Is there a way to open the air condition?" that exist in the property and explained that: "we didnt think it would be so hot..
  : Now the worst part after all I have mentioned above was when at the evening the Water stopped coming out from the Taps. So I again dared to ask the hostess: "Hello again.. any idea why there isnt water from the taps?" And her answer was: "Stop inventing problems already!!! We arrived from there yesterday and everything worked well!!!!! What do you want from us?!" "What do you want?!!! We have never had such an annoying guest! We have our own life and we cannot be your nannies! After you leave, we will check everything! Because everything was in order in the cottage and I have witnesses and a cleaner!!!!" My Answer: "Are you serious ? With me ? I am putting up with you talking like this and answering you in a polite manner We are 4 people with 2 little girls from a different country and this is how you answer me?" Host answer: "everything was in order and everything worked! Everything is checked! What faucet?! If you are from another country, then we now die here??!" another comment "..." and the finale: "I'll call the police now" "From the very beginning you did not transfer money for rent according to the rules and now you are breaking things in the cottage!" So we didn't shower at the first night. And in the next morning we found out that one of us by MISTAKE clicked on the switch of the water pump that looks like a regular light switch and than the water came back. Except of this place we had great time in Finland we met amazing hosts and other nice people. Do your self a favor and DONT stay at Karro 2 Cottege.
