  : Modern sleek, away from the raucous noise of the strip area. Fabulous view of the sunrise and surrounding area. Easy travelling to the old and new town by car.
  : No welcome, no information pack. We were let in by the cleaner who didnt speak English and the same on checkout. If felt very impersonal. You are very aware of the other villas when others are using their pool areas. Luckily our neighbours were not bad but could be an issue if you get noisy ones.

  : We loved our stay in this villa a lot. Its exactly as on the pictures. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The villa is clean. The cleaning service was part of our stay. The pool is nice and clean. And when we arrived during the evening, some bread, yoghurt and fruit were there for us. In 10 min walk (uphill) youll find old Chersonisos with some nice restaurants. The villa is in a quiet area so no noice of party people. We love to come back.
  : Nothing. Although a dining table outside and a Bluetooth sound system would be a nice addition to this wonderful place.

  : I have nothing to say honestly regarding the property itself, it has all the facilities that can give you a good vacation and we really enjoyed our stay there, although there is a problem with the hot water as the villa is equipped with a solar heating tank, so once it's out you run out of hot water, and it was running out every day for a family with only 1 kid.
  : The bad part started with the checkout, the villa had a minibar filled with 6 big bottles of alcohol that are not for free, when the checkout time came I called the woman who manages the villa and told her to come to handover the villa for her, to make sure nothing broken or missed, and she told me no need just leave the key card inside and close the door and go, I did not assume any bad intention at this point (which is purely my fault-i admit it) and did as she said and drove away but what was suspicious is that I found her car parked outside. 30 mins later I received a call from her screaming that the minibar is empty and "OH MY GOD!! I have to pay it from my salary", I asked her to calm down as we actually did not touch this minibar during our whole stay and I am 100% sure that the bottles were there when we left, we don't drink alcohol and if we do, not physically possible for a family with 8 yrs old kid to drink whole 6 big bottles in 3 nights! I told her that I am still in the area so give me 30 mins and I will come to you to see what happened! 7 mins later I got another call from a man saying he is the villa owner threatening me that he called the police and they will block us in the airport from traveling back home. At this point I lost any feeling of good intention and realized that it was a scam to make us pay for the bottles we didn't touch, I went to the police and explained the situation to him and he called them, after the call ended the policeman told me that he can't do anything regarding the situation and I shall sort it out with them, but the funny thing is that if they were honest, they would have come to the police station which was less than 5 mins drive from the villa, and I told the policeman to tell them so but they refused! I will not talk about the panic attacks my wife got as she is suffering from anxiety problems and how our vacation was ruined.
