Disappointing
Traveller Type: young couple
  : The hotel's proximity to the exhibition center and the availability of parking is positive. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is ok.
  : But there are very many criticisms, and these are in complete contradiction to the nice announcements on the web page:1. it seems like a ghost hotel: never, at any time, was there anyone/staff to be found at the reception. Upon arrival, there was only an envelope with the key cards for the room (instead of the announced friendly greeting). Otherwise, there was only a sign with a phone number to call in case of emergency.2. already before arrival the whole amount for the planned stay was debitted from the bank account (instead of the üayment for the first night only, as announced). What if you want/must leave earlier?3. towels were never changed during the 4 days of our stay (although daily change was announced)5. there was no room service, on any day (bed making, etc). When checking out, I was told succinctly that if you want room service, you have to book it in advance and of course pay extra.So anyone interested in a room at this hotel should personally weigh the pros and cons.

  : Communication somewhat slow as coming late and I was a little nervous. But found my key and got in but would have liked to have been advised in advance

  : Good location for the Jyske Bank Boxen, clean comfortable room, nice breakfast!We forgot something in the room and the staff was very nice to send it with postnord! Very pleasant lobby with access to tea and coffee making facilities!
  : The hotel mode on the TV in the room!I wanted to connect my phone via Hdmi cable and because the Tv is in hotel mode i couldn't do that!

  : Staff, location, facility was very good. It was also comfortable. We especially liked the access to tea/coffee.
  : I was happy for a carpeted floor but we had a pet. I prefer tiled floors for my pet only because should anything happen, it is easier to clean up. While this generally doesn't happen, my pet did get sick once and I ran to a store for carpet cleaning products to clean up. I would never not actively do something to clean up after my pet. A tiled floor is easier. But the accommodations were very good for us.
