  : I did like how clean the property was.
  : I booked together two rooms with double beds . When I went up to the rooms I was given one king room instead of double bed , so I went to advise front desk clerk who was extremely rude ! When I told her ,she told me I didn’t book that and I was wrong , I advised I did , so she rudely asked me to pull up my email. I pulled up my email and like I stated I had both rooms with double beds. She didn’t apologize or anything for her mistake. Then I’m noticing that she is putting the second room on a different floor i had asked once again to be on the same floor as my other room since I booked them together. She then claimed that there were no double beds available at all on the 4th floor . Which I believe was false. She definitely needs a coaching moment to treat all guests with respect and if she can’t than customer service/ hospitality is not the job for her! The young man at the bar I believe his name was Daniel , he was really nice and friendly to all the quest in his area.
