  : Hot tub was the only evident clean facility and able to smell that proper chemical levels used.Location and views from lodges were pleasent
  : Major ant infestation in Carnoistie's kitchen, worktops, drawers, cupboards, floor and even making way to living room. We had to protect baby's steriliser and other items from these as they were everywhere. Bedding was dirty, unwashed and poor quality.Bathrooms, seriously damp with black mould and smelled.Not being allowed to park at lodges, had to park over road at clubhouse, and make journeys (with a 3 month old baby), but lodge next door had car parked outside all evening and morning?!?Not dog friendly at all, but more than happy to accommodate ants and spiders, judging by the amount of webs inside lodges. Do have video evidence of severity of ants, doesn't allow me to post.Still waiting on security deposits being returned!!!!!!

  : Expected to hear from the property in advance of our arrival to be given door code etc. Thankfully someone was on site to explain how to get in. Property desperately in need of some TLC! Arrived on a bank holiday so housekeeper was on holiday. This is a poor excuse as it should have been left ready for guests the day before.Disappointed and rather disgusted to find bowl of cigarette butts floating in water on table outside. Dirty water in kitchen sink. Cutlery, baking trays needed washing before they could be used. It was obvious that nobody had checked whether accommodation was ready for guests. Appartment was missing a lot of basic items such as drinking glasses. A lot of basics need replacing as they have seen better days.Information provided for guests very out of date and not well presented. These properties are advertised as luxury villas which they are far from.
