  : Moldy room! Very bad, we all got breathing problems, its stank horribly and my mother is now in the hospital because her oxygen levels got so bad after a few days in the room. The pool was dirty, milky and many other hotel guest told us they got ear and I infections, so we never went into the pool.

  : I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable. from the balcony the views are divine (sea and mountains). I dont understand people who complain about the number of stairs, as it is logical - there is a mountainous area.Location two steps from the beach. Nearby there is everything you need - shops, cafes, bars, travel agencies and rental of boats and water scooters. the food has always been delicious, and I think that this hotel worked for 3 stars. because it's a 3++as well as three times a week there was an entertainment program in the hotel - dance and music. we didn't have to be bored. and thanks to the staff for their responsiveness, they tried to help in any situation
  : One day I didn't find my pajamas in the room. most likely the cleaning lady accidentally took it along with the dirty laundry. I couldn't find it, but I got my money back.

  : Everything is old, we didnt have a queen bed and also it wasnt very clean.

  : We only liked the pool. Oh and the guy that came to open our door for us was nice and smiled. Probably because he's not Greek, he's from Albania.
  : Reception was very cold. 1. We are brown skinned, and the lady checking us in just dumped us without any apology whatsoever to serve a group of peach skinned holiday makers. 2. Lady who took us to our room just left us a stair flight below our room, and we struggled to open the door as we'd assumed everything would be as normal.3. The bathroom was not up to hotel standards with a broken cistern tank and a filthy shower curtain all quite stuffy.4. The food was awful. We ended up going down the road to eat at better restaurants and forfeit our all-inclusive deal. The drinks machine gives very warm drinks and no ice blocks in 30+C weather. Menu hardly changes. There is too much oil and salt in everything. 5. As for the lack of lifts, I won't even mention. 6. The cleane on tidied up and not mopped the floors. This was a nightmare holiday. I have never experienced anything like it. The 1st 2 days we had to stuff ourselves with bread as it was the only edible thing around. I did not dare look at the kitchen. I was scared of what I'd find, but the smell in the restaurant gave a hint.

  : The host did the best for our comfort and the communication with the staff was super The salads are good and the Tzatziki is super!
  : The food is poor, the same menu every day, nothing special, all the food is boiled very few fried. The stairs and the floor of the dining room are filthy and sticky The walls of the room are very thin you can hear even when your neighbor pee.

  : We were in the top level, up a long steep hill, then climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room.The view was excellent. An elevator from street level would have been nice!
  : Access to our room, carrying luggage, was very tiring to say the least!

  : Breakfast was great, probably the best of courses, though it could do with better coffee. Also the local draft beer was great, vegetables, fruits and salads of high quality and interesting combinations. The separate bars and pools were very convenient since the hotel is divided in three different parts. Drinks were indeed free and of adequate variety. Also, the view to the sea and the port downhill was panoramic and majestic, almost from all rooms and parts of the hotel. Last but not least, the stuff is genuinely friendly and helpful.
  : I didn't really appreciate the endless staircases uphill and downhill. I counted more than 100 steps from the restaurant to my room, which was not at the heighest point. Not for overweight or people with disabilities.. In the same notion you really have to keep in check how much you are going to eat or drink, cause the afternath of a great dinner with drinks afterwards, might not be pleasing at all.

  : Convenience of everything. The staff were very helpful and it was easy to book activities as everything was connected. The pool, beach and bars were all very accessible and good fun.
  : The food menu could have been more diverse as after a few days it all blended together. Some of the bar staff were a bit grumpy. Being put in the furthest away room when there were other empty rooms was not great but they were happy to change us.
